This hotel is right in the heart of the town, making it convenient for exploring everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. The rooms had a charming antique atmosphere that added to the overall experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious.
All was fine, couldn't ask for more.

This hotel in the heart of Canakkale ticks all the boxes for a great stay. The value for money is unbeatable, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The location is ideal, right in the city center next to everything you need. Furthermore, the rooms on the first floor provide all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

My favourite thing about the hotel was its proximity to the ferry docks as well as the quality furnishings in the rooms. Quite spacious as well.
Quite a bit of noise during the weekends at night emanating from a nearby dance bar . Did not bother me too much though as I always sleep with ear plugs.

Nice old building in the center of Canakkale, has a parking area (which is important for this location). We liked particularly 3-floor room, although it's not always convinient.

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is right in the heart of the city, in the town centre, which makes it very convenient for exploring all the attractions and amenities nearby. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations about places to eat and things to do. Lastly, the rooms, albeit small, were clean and well-equipped, with a lovely garden in the center of the city.
All was well with this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very musty and in need of an upgrade. The bathroom was not very clean as there was urine on the floor (which was cleaned on the second day) and it smelled like a public washroom. Breakfast was mediocre.

Reception made arrival easy
The breakfast was tired and the room description promised much, but did not deliver the ambience suggested. The Sultan Suite was rocked by nearby music until the early hours, even on a Wednesday

The hotel location is perfect- close to all the places I wanted to visit in the city. Cleanliness, staff, and breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were great with a pretty shaded garden and down to the water feature.
Nothing not too like.

Beautiful old former house with lovely garden. It was very clean, in a great location and, best of all, the staff are very charming and eagerly went out of their way when we needed help.

The staff welcomed us with real warmth, were very helpful and providing good advice with regard to things to do and see. They also recommended some places to eat, found them to be as good as recommended. The room 202 is spacious and the bed comfortable.
The noise from the club across the street was slightly disturbing, but we had a good night's rest just the same.

The position is great. Parking nearby, this time not free.
Room Facilities in the description, but missing: Bathtub, Separate Toilet, Bathroom with Bathtub, Slippers. Of course, the separate toilet is missed most. At least in the Sultan's Suite I stayed in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location and very handy to restaurants and ferries. Nice breakfast and we enjoyed having a courtyard to relax in.
